All my academic degrees are in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), beginning with a B.S. from the Xi'an Institute of Technology in 1999, and an MSE and Ph.D. from the Sichuan University (SCU) in 2002 and 2005, respectively. I have been working on the fundamental materials research by experimental means since I was in SCU. Now, my research interests include magnetocaloric materials, electronic emission materials, upconversion nanoparticles as well as the bulk metallic glasses.
