Abstract:Based on the block diagonally dominant matrices, block strictly diagonally dominant matrices and irreducible diagonally dominant matrix, by the block α-connective diagonally dominant, the irreducibly block diagonal dominance is introduced and the block method are applied, and new simple equivalent conditions of the block H-matrices are obtained, which generalizes and includes the corresponding results of the matrices.
