基于谐波消除PWM的RMOS逆变器的研制

摘要:根据规则采样PWM的谐波消除原理,提出了一种适于单片机实现的三相PWM算法,并用新型功率器件RMOS研制出谐波消除PWM逆变器,通过仿真分析和实际运行验证了PWM中的谐波消除效果。Abstract:According to the principle of harmonic elimination of regular-sampled PWM,a simple and efficient algorithm which allows single-chip microprocessor implementation and generation of three -phase PWM is presented,Also a novel PWM inverter driven by RMOS is designed.Simulating and experimental results verifies the effect of the harmonic elimination.
